Why did I start this blog?
I started this blog as a way to record my observations throughout my car shopping process for test drives and cost analysis. I'm hoping as people google for information about cars or are in the process of shopping for one of the same cars I'm looking at that perhaps my little blog may prove helpful to them in some way. Plus I just like talking about this stuff and am hoping to have engaging comments and discussions.
Who is Tom-vroom anyway?
I'm a self labeled car guru and all around automotive geek. I'm employed as a 35 year old Quality Engineer for a private held business in the Chicago metro area. I have a family of four, including three cats and a turtle.
What will I do with this blog after I choose and purchase the car?
I intend to use it as my space to dither and share news and information I find interesting within the automotive world and industry.
